Red Tail Ridge has established an Architectural Control Committee. The intent is not to restrict individual design but to ensure consistency in building and promote harmony within the area. With this atmosphere of consistency, the committee is dedicated to protecting the property values at Red Tail Ridge.
Preservation of the scenic area is the philosophy behind the creation of the Architectural Control Committee.
